Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Prize Draw.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Prize Draw is Henkel Ltd, company number 00215496, registered office at Henkel Limited Wood Lane End, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4RQ (the “Promoter”).

2. Agreement to the Terms 

By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

3. Disputes 

In the event of any dispute regarding the Prize Draw, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter,

(b) their immediate families,

(c) affiliated companies or agents, or

(d) any person professionally connected to this Prize Draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility, including valid photo identification, before awarding any prize.

5. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw opens on 24th April 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 19th June 2026 (“Closing Date”).

Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be valid.

6. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary) 

To enter between the Opening Date and Closing Date:

(a) Click the link provided on the got2b x Pride on The Park competition post on the Brighton Pride Official Instagram page;

(b) Complete the online entry form with the required details;

(c) Accept these Terms and Conditions; Submit the form.

(d) A valid email address and phone number are required for entry.

7. Valid Entries 

Entrants who submit their details in accordance with these Terms will be automatically entered (“Valid Entries”).

8. Entry Restrictions 

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Multiple, automated, bulk, or agent‑assisted entries are prohibited.

Entrants suspected of using multiple identities or entries will be disqualified.

9. Inappropriate Content 

Any submission deemed abusive, inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable (at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion) will be removed and disqualified.

10. Winner Selection

The first Valid Entries drawn at random after the Closing Date will be the winners (“Winner”).

11. Prize Details

The Prize consists of: 4 day tickets to Pride on The Park (2 × Saturday, 2 × Sunday) for 2 people, and £200 spending money, issued by BACS transfer.

Additional information:

(a) A maximum of 4 tickets may be awarded per Winner.

(b) The Prize is non-transferable unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.

(c) No cash alternative is available.

(d) Transport and accommodation are not included.

(e) In the event circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control require it, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

12. Spending Money Conditions

The £200 spending money will be issued via BACS transfer, administered by Pulse Marketing Group Ltd on behalf of got2b.

The Winner must provide accurate UK bank account details.

Payment will be made within 14 working days after all required information is received.

No alternative payment method is available.

The Promoter and Pulse Marketing accept no responsibility for errors or delays arising from incorrect details supplied by the Winner.

13. Winner Notification

The Promoter will contact the Winner via email and/or phone within 8 days of the Closing Date (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter).

Entrants are responsible for checking their email inbox and spam folder.

14. Claiming the Prize

The Winner must respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of the first notification.

If the Winner:

(a) does not respond within 48 hours,

(b) cannot be contacted, or

(c) is unable to accept the Prize,

(d) they will forfeit the Prize. A new winner will then be selected at random from the remaining Valid Entries.

15. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be emailed to the Winner approximately two weeks before the event, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undeliverable email due to incorrect information supplied by the Winner. 

16. Verification

Winning claims are subject to verification. The Promoter may disqualify a Winner if: 

(a) eligibility criteria are not met,

(b) fraud is suspected, or

(c) any breach of these Terms is identified.

17. Disqualification & Alternative Winners

If a Winner is disqualified, an alternative winner will be drawn at random from remaining entries. The alternative winner will be notified within 7 days and must claim their prize within 48 hours.

18.Changes to the Prize Draw

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Prize Draw for reasons beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may also amend these Terms at any time.

19. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with:

the UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

What data is collected:

Name, email address, phone number, and (for Winners only) bank details for prize fulfilment.

How it is used:

For administering and managing the Prize Draw, winner selection, verification, and prize distribution.

Retention:

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Prize Draw and meet legal obligations.

20. Limitation of Liability

Except as set out in clause 21, the Promoter is not liable for:

(a) loss of income or revenue,

(b) loss of business or profits,

(c) loss of anticipated savings,

(d) loss of data, or

(e) wasted management or office time.

21. Liability Exclusions That Cannot Apply

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, or

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

22. Accuracy of Information

Entrants warrant that all information submitted is true and complete.

The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, or eligibility.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

25. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability arising from the Prize Draw.
